Decision Science in Medicine (DSIM) is committed to supporting the vital role of research libraries in the dissemination and preservation of scholarly knowledge. We encourage research librarians to list this journal among their library's electronic journal holdings.

DSIM is a Gold Open Access journal. All content is freely available without a subscription or "pay-per-view" fees.

Our platform supports the OAI-PMH (Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting), allowing for seamless integration into library discovery layers and institutional repositories.

We utilize DOIs (Digital Object Identifiers) through Crossref to ensure permanent and stable linking to all published research.
