Neurodegenerative Diseases International

Neurodegenerative Diseases International (NDI) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that aims to publish research papers, review articles, systematic reviews and metanalysis, clinical studies, case reports, and short communications on neurodegenerative diseases. NDI welcomes broad, comprehensive contributions to the pathology, cellular and molecular mechanisms, biomarkers, and treatments of neurodegenerative diseases, including, but not limited to:

  • Alzheimer's disease (AD) and other memory disorders;
  • Parkinson's disease (PD);
  • Lewy Body Disease (LBD);
  • Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and other degenerative motor neuron diseases;
  • Huntington's disease (HD);
  • Multiple system atrophy (MSA);
  • Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP);
  • Spinocerebellar Ataxias (SCAs);
  • Friedreich ataxia, and other degenerative ataxias; and
  • Glaucoma.

NDI aims to publish high-quality scientific papers by applying a thorough and accurate editorial workflow. The editorial board, which contains a panel of experts in all fields of neurodegenerative diseases, manages the review process.
